Nau and Horny Toad. Along with reviewing the gorgeous Fall â09 Collections, guests sipped local and organic wines, brews from Brooklyn Brewery and Eco-Jitos, a new twist on the popular spring and summer cocktail while enjoying passed canapés from Local NY State farms, embodying the over arching philosophy of doing the right thing and being sustainable.
